Dumbell complexes are tough. They are a great way to get in shape, and they are some of the most effective workouts that you can do if you want a fast effective, and efficient training sessions that will leave you with nothing left in the tank. These dumbell workouts are super effective.
A dumbell complex is a workout that is made up of all dumbell exercises that you do all in a row with no rest between them. You transition smoothly between the exercises, and do not stop until you have completed all of the exercises. When you are not able to do do that, and you can not get through it, the workout is done. Choose a weight that will challenge you, but not one that will kill you after just one round. That is not what this workout is about.
I did not know any thing about these workouts even 2 years. I use them all of the time now though because they effective, and they are great for time saving. You can do them in a few different ways, and the exercise combos that you can come up with are only limited by your imagination. Have fun with it, and challenge yourself. Complexes work for getting a good workout at home.
Think out side of the box, and train like you mean it, not like some fitness magazine tells you to train. Be your own motivator, and use your own progression as the fire that drives your workouts. When your workouts have a purpose you will take them more seriously, and they will actually begin to work for you.
