Intense Treadmill Workout
High intensity interval training workouts can last as little as 4 minutes, but can be effective for burning fat, and increasing your fitness. If you are new to exercise then this might not be the best place for you to start. The nature of these kinds of workouts is tough, and it is good to make sure that you have good fitness foundation to workout from. The last thing that you want to end up doing is getting hurt.
The workouts for interval training that work the best are the ones that make you sweat, and have you heaving for breath when you are done. That is how you know that it is working. You want to make sue that what ever exercise that you pick, that you are expending as much energy as possible so that you can torch calories, and stored fat as fast as possible.
Use the treadmill for instance. Set the tread mill for a speed that really challenges you big time. Not a fast walk or a jog, but a full on run. Do this for one minute straight, take a rest for 30 seconds and then do it again. Repeat this 5 times, and you just got an incredible fat burning workout done really fast. Forget about the fat burning zone. As long as you are intense with your cardio you will burn both calories, and fat. This is great workout to lose stomach fat, and build endurance, and speed as well. All of this is good stuff. Stop walking, and run fast.
